Reporting to the Store Manager, this manager leads daily Eatery and Prepared Foods operations. The focus includes sales, labour, waste targets, productivity, customer relationships, and food quality. You will also support team development, merchandising, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily Eatery and Prepared Foods operations
Monitor sales, labour, waste, and productivity targets
Interview, onboard, and evaluate team members
Maintain safety, food quality, and regulatory standards
Manage ordering, receiving, pricing, damages, and returns

Requirements:
Previous food service experience
Three to five years of management experience
Retail payroll, shrink, and inventory management experience
Understanding of sales forecasts and department targets
Food Handler's certificate strongly preferred
