As Financial Services Manager, you will guide customers through financing and leasing agreements. You will sell aftermarket products, prepare transaction documentation, and maintain skilled relationships with financial institutions. The position requires knowledge of manufacturer programs, Ontario and Canadian compliance, and dealership management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure auto loans and leases for vehicle purchasers
Sell warranties, insurance, and other aftermarket products
Prepare contracts, registrations, submissions, and funding documentation
Maintain transaction reports and manufacturer records
Resolve complaints while maintaining customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Valid OMVIC certification
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Strong financing knowledge and interpersonal skills
Solid computer and technology skills
Dealership management system experience considered an asset
