Provide psychiatric care across IMAAC and TSICP at Homewood Health Centre in Guelph. Apply assessment, diagnosis, and medication management in structured inpatient programs.
This full-time Psychiatrist works equally across Homewood Specialized Services’ Integrated Mood, Anxiety and Addictions Concurrent Program and Traumatic Stress Injury and Concurrent Program. You will care for adults with mood, anxiety, trauma-related, and concurrent substance use conditions. The work includes evidence-based treatment, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient-centered clinical planning.
Key Responsibilities: Admit, assess, diagnose, treat, refer, and discharge assigned patients
Manage complex psychiatric and concurrent substance use conditions
Conduct medication management and ongoing risk assessments




Complete daily rounds and individual patient assessments
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary program teams
Requirements: Psychiatrist providing clinical psychiatric care
Experience managing mood, anxiety, trauma-related, and substance use conditions
Ability to collaborate on psychotherapeutic and behavioural interventions
Proficiency with electronic medical platforms, including Caseworks and BDM
Ability to complete clinical documentation and OHIP billings
Bring psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and medication management expertise to cooperative inpatient care at Homewood Health Centre.
