Instantel seeks a proactive Logistics Coordinator for a six-month contract, potentially extendable or permanent. The position manages stock, shipments, scheduling, and trade documentation. It also supports revenue targets, forecasting, reporting, and service improvements across operations.
Key Responsibilities: Use MRP daily to manage stock and identify shortages
Coordinate vendor shipments, routes, timelines, and freight costs
Schedule daily logistics deliveries and collections
Manage cross-border and overseas freight documentation




Generate international origin criterion declarations when required
Requirements: One year logistics experience handling import, export, and customs
One to three years managing stock and freight companies
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and ERP systems
Strong organization, analysis, communication, and time management skills
International Transportation and Customs Diploma is highly desirable
Apply logistics coordination, customs expertise, MRP, and Excel skills while supporting Instantel’s international supply chain operations.
