Charton Hobbs Group in Montreal seeks a Business Systems Analyst to own Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, CRM, Pawa and Power BI. You will diagnose issues, map cross‑platform processes and ensure data integrity for Canadian operations.
You will coordinate with BI development partners, manage releases, and maintain runbooks and a knowledge base for the service desk. Fluency in French and English is required to support users nationwide.
