As an experienced Oil and Gas Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical, operational, engineering, and corporate professionals. The work spans upstream, midstream, and downstream operations, including rotational schedules, certifications, and emerging energy transition initiatives such as CCUS, Hydrogen, and Renewables. You will collaborate with executive leadership, site managers, and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities: Manage full recruiting lifecycles for field and corporate positions
Source passive technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and energy databases
Build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill technical roles
Define requirements, competency profiles,



and salary benchmarks with managers
Advise on energy labor markets and time-to-fill expectations
Requirements: Experience recruiting technical energy professionals and field operations workers
Understanding of upstream, midstream, and downstream operations
Knowledge of field terminology, rotational schedules, and certifications
Experience across fossil fuels and energy transition initiatives
Knowledge of labor laws, EEO guidelines, and HSE policies
Bring energy-sector recruiting, technical sourcing, and compliance knowledge to AMS while building qualified talent pipelines.
