This critical Human Resources Coordinator position supports Gateway’s HR team and its staff. You will assist with recruitment, develop new team members, maintain HR information, and provide administrative support. The work calls for human resources experience, strong interpersonal skills, and careful organization.
Key Responsibilities: Manage requisitions, search candidates, and review applications
Coordinate new team member training and scheduling
Sort, file, manage, and distribute HR paperwork
Assist with training and staff support
Research employment law and special projects
Requirements: Human resources diploma or degree, or equivalent experience
Two to five years of related human resources experience
Insight and skills related to talent acquisition
Professional demeanour and exceptional interpersonal skills
MS Office experience, particularly Excel
