Arnot Health seeks a Certified Nurse Aide for its Skilled Nursing department at St. Joe's Hospital. This position provides routine nursing, restorative care, resident comfort, and services under a qualified nurse's direction. Care follows resident assessments and established care plans.
Key Responsibilities: Perform routine resident care and promote resident comfort
Provide nursing care according to established care plans
Assist with resident assessments and care plan conferences
Document nutrition, elimination, activity, rehabilitation, and care entries




Report incidents and changes in resident condition
Requirements: Required nursing aide certification or completion within 120 days
Previous experience or job knowledge required
Heartsaver CPR required within 90 days of hire
Basic Life Support certification required within 90 days
Physical ability for standing, walking, stretching, and lifting
Support skilled nursing residents through compassionate daily care, accurate documentation, resident assessments, and established care plans at Arnot Health.
