Skyline seeks a Community Manager to support residential properties through administrative work and exceptional tenant service. You will advertise units, process applications, coordinate maintenance, and maintain accurate resident records. The position also includes rent collection, fire safety documentation, inspections, and tenant engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Advertise and show available units to prospective tenants
Process applications, verify references, and close rental agreements
Address tenant concerns within 24 hours
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, emergencies, and accessibility requests
Maintain inspections, fire safety records,



rent deposits, and transactions
Requirements: Post-secondary education in business administration, hospitality, or sales
At least two years’ office administration and customer service experience
Computer skills using Word, Excel, email, and web tools
Valid driver’s license, satisfactory record, and automobile insurance may be required
Ability to lift 50 pounds and navigate stairs
Bring leasing, administration, and customer service expertise to Skyline’s residential communities while supporting accurate, responsive property operations.
