East Renfrewshire Council’s Housing Services is seeking an Asset Management Surveyor to lead stock condition surveys (SHQS/EESSH/EPC) and to develop and monitor ERC Housing’s Asset Management IT system (APEX). The post-holder will assist with capital programmes, liaise with contractors and other council departments, and manage capital works in partnership with internal teams.
Hybrid employees are considered workplace-based first, with flexibility to work from home up to 40% of the working week,
