Responsibilities

- Analyse claim documents and supporting materials
- Prepare detailed written responses to claimant and counsel inquiries
- Respond to telephone inquiries from claimants and legal counsel
- Collaborate with project managers, directors, and team members to achieve project objectives
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy

Requirements

- Hold a JD from an accredited law school or equivalent foreign law degree
- Maintain an active law licence in good standing in at least one Canadian jurisdiction
- Demonstrate litigation experience,



with class action or mass tort experience considered an asset
- Exhibit solid attention to detail, organisation, and multitasking abilities
- Display excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a client-focused approach
- Fluent in English and French
