Support planning activities throughout the project lifecycle while working with Project Controls Leads, Senior Planners, Project Managers, and Contractors. The position develops integrated schedules, monitors performance, analyzes risks, and prepares reporting for informed project decisions. Your work includes resources, earned value, and contractor schedule reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update integrated project schedules using scheduling tools
- Coordinate schedule inputs from contractors, consultants, and project teams
- Prepare labour histograms, resource forecasts, and manpower plans
- Monitor baselines, variances, delays,



and recovery opportunities
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and schedule performance updates

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related discipline
- Two to five years’ project planning or controls experience
- Knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills
