Lead backroom operations at Mark’s with inventory accuracy and merchandise movement expertise in an on-location retail store setting. Keep products organized, priced, and replenished.

As a Back of House Lead, you will support customers, employees, and store management. You will oversee inbound and outbound inventory processing, stockroom organization, replenishment, and inventory accuracy. The supervisor-level role also supports eCommerce fulfillment and daily store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scan shipments and transfers while maintaining shipping logs
- Provide leadership to part-time team members
- Process eCommerce orders and courier transactions
- Complete transfers, consolidations, and debits accurately
- Maintain fixtures, floor layouts, pricing, and replenishment

Requirements:

- Six or more months of previous retail experience
- Experience training and mentoring employees
- Ability to build and manage daily department plans
- Ability to lift and move containers up to 50 pounds
- High school education or current enrollment
