Lead cross-functional projects for BC Children’s Hospital Foundation using transparent planning, stakeholder communication, and practical problem-solving skills. This hybrid role requires at least two office days weekly.

As Project Manager, you will report to the Program Manager and support organization-wide initiatives. You will help shape a growing project delivery practice while partnering across the Foundation. Your work will strengthen delivery and help teams advance the Foundation’s cause.

Key Responsibilities:
Build project plans defining outcomes, participants, and work progression
Lead projects from planning through implementation
Facilitate conversations and communicate project progress
Identify risks and roadblocks, then coordinate solutions




Track progress, support adaptation, and capture lessons learned

Requirements:
At least five years of project management experience
Experience leading complex cross-functional projects
Robust planning, communication, and relationship-building skills
Sound judgement navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
Asana experience strongly preferred; PMP or CAPM an asset
