This Freight Forwarder Agent manages international and domestic shipments across air, sea, and road transport. You will support clients through documentation, tracking, compliance, and issue resolution. The work requires organized coordination across carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Book and arrange air, sea, and road freight shipments
Process bills of lading and airway bills
Coordinate carriers, customs brokers, agents, and clients
Track shipments and provide regular delivery updates




Resolve customs delays and logistical transit issues
Requirements: Minimum three years’ freight forwarding or logistics experience
Knowledge of shipping procedures, incoterms, and customs brokerage
Freight forwarding software and Microsoft Office proficiency
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Ability to manage priorities independently in remote settings
