As an Associate Insurance Advisor I, you will support agency operations through sales and service of Co-operators personal lines products. You will assess risks, identify client needs, and recommend suitable policies. The position also includes additional product support, complaint resolution, and relationship development.
Key Responsibilities: Sell and service personal lines insurance products profitably
Recommend coverages and policies matching client needs
Prospect and cross-sell beneficial products and services
Complete front-line risk assessments under underwriting guidelines




Resolve client concerns and escalate issues appropriately
Requirements: English and French bilingualism is required
General Insurance License or obtain it within two months
Meet provincial licensing and continuing education requirements
One year of sales, service, or related business experience preferred
Knowledge of auto and property insurance is an asset
