As a Merchandise Planning and Project Analyst, you will support the Category Management team’s operating rhythm. You will manage calendars, coordinate planning cycles, and prepare transparent materials for category and cross-functional stakeholders. The work includes process documentation, project follow-through, and continuous improvement across merchandising operations.
Key Responsibilities: Own project calendars, timelines, milestones, owners, and status updates
Lead planning meetings for product-related organizational projects
Coordinate assortment reviews, planogram updates, and promotional schedules
Prepare agendas, meeting materials,



and post-meeting summaries
Track cross-functional action items through on-time delivery
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Two to three years in project coordination or operations
Ability to manage multiple projects with detailed follow-through
Strong written, verbal, and cross-department communication skills
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office proficiency
