Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, this contract consultant attracts and screens qualified, diverse talent. You will learn complex requirements, support hiring managers, and protect candidate experience during a temporary four-to-five-month leave coverage assignment.
Key Responsibilities: Draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria with managers
Post jobs and manage recruitment advertisements
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout
Screen candidates and recommend qualified applicants to hiring teams
Maintain Lever recruiting data for accurate reporting
Requirements: Experience supporting specialized recruiting requirements
Ability to collaborate with department managers and stakeholders
Understanding of candidate and hiring manager experience
Knowledge of employment laws and company policies
Availability for four-to-five-month contract coverage
Support Cologix’s remote talent acquisition function through screening, interview coordination, compliance, and accurate Lever administration.
