SRG is recruiting Snowcat Operators for winter construction projects in Northern Alberta. The work includes frost road construction, winter access, utility areas, and general site activities. Previous Snowcat operating experience, equipment safety knowledge, and comfort in winter conditions are required.
Key Responsibilities: Operate Snowcats to build, maintain, and groom frost roads
Prepare winter work areas and utility sites
Keep routes accessible for crews and equipment
Complete equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
Coordinate with supervisors and other operators
Requirements: Previous Snowcat operating experience in construction or similar environments
Experience with frost road construction and winter access
Ability to operate safely across changing terrain
Strong understanding of equipment safety and inspections
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Bring Snowcat operating experience, winter access knowledge, and a solid safety commitment to SRG construction projects in Northern Alberta.
