Key Responsibilities: Complete complex real property studies, assessments, and strategic planning
Develop policies, standards, directives, and performance indicators
Oversee contracts, service providers, maintenance programs, and contractor performance




Build relationships with DCC, Client-Partners, stakeholders, and industry
Coach employees, supervise teams, and allocate organizational resources
Requirements: College diploma in a related field with five years’ relevant experience
University degree or project management training preferred
Knowledge of facility management, maintenance, legislation, and land use
Ability to apply project and risk management techniques
Leadership and human resources management skills
