EQ Bank seeks a seasoned Transformation Leader to reshape Personal Banking lending, including SFR mortgages and REM, focusing on speed, cost, and customer experience. You’ll own strategy, architecture, and program delivery, leveraging AI and automation while partnering with Technology for delivery.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, align with risk and enterprise standards, and report to the Personal Banking senior leadership team in a hybrid, Toronto-based role.
