You are the company’s first in-person contact within its online car-buying process. The position emphasizes customer needs, issue resolution, vehicle condition assessment, paperwork, and tracking-system notes.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as Clutch’s face during customer appointments
Ensure satisfaction at every appointment touchpoint
Assess cosmetic and mechanical vehicle aspects
Record thorough notes in the customer tracking system
Support teammates with various facility tasks
Requirements: At least two years of customer-facing experience
One-plus automotive industry experience is an asset
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence
Legal authorization to work in Canada
