As Senior Project Manager, you will hold ultimate accountability for projects valued over $1 billion. Your work spans multidisciplinary teams, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies. Success depends on technical knowledge, negotiation, communication, risk management, and control of delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities: Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and formal change controls
Establish baseline budgets and integrated master schedules
Identify risks and opportunities throughout project lifecycles
Ensure HSE policies and technical quality standards




Define contracting strategies and administer major agreements
Requirements: Minimum 15 years as a Senior Project Manager
Verifiable oil and gas or heavy industrial construction background
Experience managing large, multi-site, or international projects
Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree and Alberta P.Eng. designation or eligibility
Use senior project management, contract strategy, and risk expertise to deliver major Worley oil and gas capital projects.
