Key Responsibilities: Manage complex employment and labour matters through resolution
Advise on hiring, compensation, discipline, terminations, and workplace policies
Lead wrongful dismissal actions and administrative proceedings




Conduct discoveries, motions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations
Draft pleadings, opinions, agreements, and workplace policies
Requirements: Law degree
Positive standing with the Law Society of Alberta
Minimum ten years of legal practice experience
Clear, business-driven judgment under time pressure
Comfort operating autonomously and managing personal mandates
