QUALIFICATIONS
Certification/Experience/Knowledge:

Registered nurse, registered practical nurse, respiratory therapist or certified with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists is required

Recent experience (within 2-3 years) performing Electrocardiogram's (ECG’s), exercise stress tests and Holter Monitor applications and scanning required

Previous experience in a hospital setting is an asset

Certified to perform Electroencephalogram's (EEG’s) is an asset

Current Basic Cardiopulmonary Life Support (BCLS) required

Skills/Abilities:

Must be highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision

Must be a good team player in a fast paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required

Basic computer skills required (Meditech, Outlook)

Positive attendance and work record required

Must demonstrate commitment to ensure your safety, the safety of fellow workers, patients, volunteers, and visitors





Must support and contribute to a culture of safety and prevention of adverse health events in this organization

Bilingualism (Advanced level English/French) is required. All unilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may be considered if the identified French requirement has been met or there are no successful bilingual candidates. A formal French test will be conducted to evaluate the proficiency level.
