Support employee relations and performance management as a Human Resources Generalist serving designated client groups at IMP Aerospace & Defence. Work with managers, employees, and union representatives.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Human Resources, you will provide consulting services across employee and labour relations, attendance management, performance management, and recruitment. You will interpret policies, procedures, programs, and collective agreements while maintaining confidential HR records. The position also includes workplace investigations, orientations, employee engagement programs, and special projects with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities: Advise managers and employees on HR policies and collective agreements
Resolve employee, labour relations, and performance concerns




Collaborate with union representatives on basic labour relations issues
Lead performance improvement plans and attendance management programs
Conduct workplace investigations into harassment and bullying complaints
Requirements: At least three years of progressive HR experience
Five or more years preferred
Human Resources Management education or equivalent
Experience working in a unionized setting is an asset
Knowledge of employment legislation and human resources practices
Apply employee relations, performance management, and labour relations expertise while supporting IMP Aerospace & Defence client groups.
