Apply warehouse quality and compliance expertise at Winpak’s fully onsite Winnipeg facility, supporting audits, procedures, training, and corrective actions.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Process Specialist works across warehouse departments and internal teams. The role supports compliance with SQF, GMP, ISO 9001, and CTPAT requirements. It also advances accurate material handling, communication, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities: Support successful internal and external warehouse audits
Ensure yearly GMP training is completed and followed
Review safety incidents and prevent recurrence through solutions
Maintain Logistics SharePoint information for warehouse departments




Share implemented SOP and SWP changes with employees
Requirements: Grade 12 education; post-secondary education is an asset
One-plus year warehouse experience and inventory process knowledge
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Strong leadership skills supervising and inspiring team members
Willingness to take warehousing or process improvement courses
Use warehouse compliance, documentation, and leadership skills to strengthen Winpak’s quality-focused operations in Winnipeg.
