Reporting to the Culinary Manager, the Dishwasher keeps dishware, equipment, and kitchen surfaces clean and operational. Cogir Senior Living manages retirement residences across the country, serving independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. The work includes supporting dietary needs and respecting residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Load, operate, empty, and unload dishwashers
Maintain clean cooking areas and work surfaces
Damp mop kitchen floors regularly
Clean blenders, refrigerators, and kitchen equipment
Attend training and staff meetings as required

Requirements:
Empathy for elderly and handicapped residents
Follow food handling and storage procedures
