Clio is hiring a Pigment Model Builder reporting to the Director, FP&A; Systems Strategy. You will translate documented requirements into planning models, integrations, reporting, and calculation logic. The work covers revenue, headcount, operating expense, and three-statement planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Build planning models, modules, and calculation logic in Pigment
Configure dimensions, hierarchies, lists, mappings, and master data
Monitor integrations and validate scheduled data loads
Reconcile Pigment with source-of-truth systems
Build dashboards, test models, and support planning cycles

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
5+ years in FP&A;, finance systems, or EPM roles
Hands-on enterprise planning platform model-building experience
Experience with dimensionality, formulas, mappings, and data flows
Knowledge of driver-based, headcount, and three-statement planning
