Pacific Canbriam Energy Limited seeks an Advisor supporting secure, productive, compliant operations across business units. The role works with HSSEM, HSER, and field operations teams. It contributes to program implementation, critical risk assessment, assurance, investigations, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and improve HSSEM programs aligned with BC-ER and WorkSafeBC
Maintain governed, accessible documentation and centralized systems
Lead risk assessments, JSAs, and hazard control reviews




Coach field teams on inspections and Life Saving Rule verifications
Develop dashboards, reports, and safety performance summaries

Requirements:
Ability to work in Fort St. John
Availability for Monday to Friday work
Availability for 50% field work as needed
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
Ability to collaborate with HSSEM, HSER, and operations teams
