Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 + years of Quantity Surveying / Cost Estimating experience.
- Has an understanding of local market dynamics, with experience navigating regional construction practices and standard contract forms.
- Confident and able to lead projects and work as part of a senior delivery team.
- Strong interpersonal skills to train and develop teams
- Robust and methodical analytical skills, adaptable, with experience leading effective teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying,
Building Science or in a related field
- Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) or MRICS (preferred)
- Have, or be willing to apply to the Government of Canada Security Clearance
