Coordinate shop production, material readiness, and project records for Pitt Meadows Plumbing and Mechanical Systems in Maple Ridge.
The Fabrication Administrator supports fabrication projects from documentation through completed handover. Reporting to the Fabrication Manager, you will maintain current project information, release shop orders, monitor schedules, and coordinate finished orders with Logistics. PMP delivers pre-fabrication, modular systems, and installation for large-scale plumbing and mechanical design-build projects. This position works primarily in and around the fabrication shop, supporting projects in residential, commercial, institutional, educational, and medical settings.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor assigned production against schedules and required dates
Identify late shop orders and prepare weekly status information




Maintain shop order records in Stratus and other systems
Confirm received materials against orders and document discrepancies
Coordinate packaging, storage, shipment, and delivery requirements
Requirements: Minimum three years in production planning or project coordination
Experience ordering, expediting, and receiving fabrication materials
Experience with document and revision control
Robust organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Comfort working in a shop environment with trades
Apply production coordination, scheduling, material tracking, and shop administration skills across PMP fabrication projects.
