Operate a tandem axle dump truck and perform labour duties for Bruce County in Paisley, Ontario, with weekend seasonal work.
Reporting to the Foreperson, the Labour Truck Driver operates equipment, including snow plows and sanders during winter months. The contract runs from November 2, 2026, through April 10, 2027. Shift work and call-in availability are required for transportation and environmental services.
Key Responsibilities: Perform assigned manual labour duties
Operate a tandem axle dump truck
Operate snow plows and sanders during winter
Operate a loader as required
Report to the shop following call-ins
Requirements: Secondary School Graduation, Grade 12
A-Z or D-Z Ontario Driver’s License
Clean and protected driving record
Experience driving in adverse winter conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Bring safe driving, winter equipment operation, and manual labour capabilities to Bruce County’s seasonal transportation services in Paisley.
