As a Disability Management Specialist, you will advise on disability, WCB, and leave management programs. You will administer complex cases while ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and collective agreements. The role also involves collaborating with leaders, People & Culture teams, and external providers to coordinate outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Advise on disability, WCB, and leave management programs

Improve programs through data-driven insights and best practices
Requirements: Three to six years of human resources experience
Specialization in disability management and WCB leave administration
Experience coordinating accommodation and return-to-work cases
Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration preferred
CDMP, CRTWC, or equivalent certification considered an asset
