You will bring the brand vision, mission, and culture to life while helping employees develop. The work includes recruiting, training, scheduling, evaluations, and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and explain product quality, materials, and features
Communicate brand culture and sales goals
Recruit, prepare, and train future employees
Participate in store team performance evaluations
Create inviting displays using established planograms
