Working in Music Lessons, you will help families register and schedule lessons while managing daily inquiries. You will receive payments, support overdue account collection, update records, reconcile commission reports, and assist during recitals. Strong communication and computer skills support this customer-facing administrative work.
Key Responsibilities: Register and schedule students for music lessons
Handle phone inquiries and relay messages to teachers
Process lesson payments and overdue account collection
Maintain student records alongside the Lessons Coordinator
Support commission reconciliation and recital activities
Requirements: Minimum one year studying an instrument
Basic understanding of musical instruments
Weekday, weeknight, and weekend availability required
Strong customer service and communication abilities
Computer, office, and clerical skills
