The Payroll Associate supports The Boyd Group’s payroll team through compliant, productive full cycle processing. Responsibilities include employee setup, tax accuracy, weekly data maintenance, and responsive employee service. The role also monitors legislation and regulatory rulings across federal and state jurisdictions, developing recommended compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Set up and maintain employees in the payroll system
Ensure accurate taxes under applicable wage and tax laws
Collect, calculate, and enter weekly payroll data




Answer employee questions about pay promptly and efficiently
Monitor legislation and recommend compliant payroll solutions
Requirements: Three to four years of full cycle payroll experience
PCP Certification preferred
ADP Workforce or Vantage HCM experience considered an asset
Strong technical, analytical, and problem solving skills
Excel proficiency and excellent communication skills required
