CAA Club Group seeks a Travel Consultant to provide exceptional worldwide travel services to Members and non-Members. You will promote CAA memberships, products, services, and benefits while supporting preferred partnerships and marketing initiatives. The role suits experienced consultants, current graduates, or travel-focused candidates receiving training.
Key Responsibilities: Provide worldwide travel services to Members and non-Members
Maintain updated client records and files consistently
Provide regular follow-up with clients
Promote CAA memberships, products, services,
and benefits
Meet sales, revenue, and productivity performance targets
Requirements: Two to three years customer service and sales experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications
Availability Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
