Key Responsibilities: Submit warranty claims from start to finish
Process warranty parts returns and shipping documentation
Register warranties for applicable brands
Close work orders with warranty adjustments and corrections
Sell PPP products and complete required documentation
Requirements: Detail-oriented approach to warranty administration
Organized management of multiple service priorities
Customer-focused communication and payment follow-up
Ability to maintain accurate system documentation
Bring organized warranty administration, documentation accuracy, and customer focus to Service Writer responsibilities across applicable brands.
