Glen Group is hiring experienced Lane Closure Technicians for the Campbell River, BC area. This work requires confidence managing full lane closures, calculating tapers, positioning traffic-control equipment, and responding to changing site conditions. You will support active road and infrastructure sites through careful inspections, communication, and compliance with MOTI standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up full lane closures, tapers, buffers, and detours
- Position LCT trucks, cones, delineators, and signs safely
- Perform FLRAs before work and throughout each shift




- Inspect signage and equipment for visibility and security
- Modify or remove closures according to project needs

Requirements:

- At least one year of LCT experience is an asset
- Ability to read and draw Traffic Management Plans
- Robust awareness of hazards and safety risks
- Valid Class 5 licence with clean abstract submitted
- Availability Monday to Friday and occasional weekends
