Lead Sephora’s sales floor service in Vancouver with strengths in client service, sales execution, and team influence. This is a full time position.

As Services Lead at Sephora Oakridge Park, you will support Skincare, Sephora Collection, and Fragrance departments. You will help Beauty Advisors execute Sephora’s selling model while supporting company objectives. The position combines sales awareness, visual merchandising, staffing decisions, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support departments across Sephora’s sales floor
- Ensure Beauty Advisors execute Sephora’s selling model
- Maintain merchandising concepts and visuals to company standards
- Act as Manager on Duty within the store
- Participate in interviewing World team candidates

Requirements:

- One to three years’ similar-role experience
- Experience in a similar-volume store or equivalent internal experience
- Ability to influence peers and provide feedback
- Strong client service skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
