Build hospital Pharmacy experience through drug distribution, compounding, and stock replenishment at North York General’s community academic hospital. This full time temporary assignment includes varied eight-hour shifts.
The Pharmacy Technician Intern contributes to Pharmacy Services under staff Pharmacist, Technician, and Manager of Operations supervision. You will complete distribution activities while supporting North York General’s academic mandate through teaching, learning, research, and innovation. Hospital Pharmacy experience is strongly preferred, with IV admixture experience considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Contribute to essential Pharmacy distribution support services
Complete sterile and non-sterile compounding tasks
Check stock and replenish Pharmacy supplies




Barcode and receive items for distribution
Help maintain a safe, healthy care environment
Requirements: CCAPP-accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program graduate
Ontario College of Pharmacists registration currently required
Complete RPhT registration requirements within twelve months
Hospital Pharmacy experience strongly preferred
Adaptable, organized, detail-oriented, and interpersonally skilled
Develop hospital Pharmacy expertise while advancing distribution services, safe practice, and your path toward RPhT registration.
