Senstronic seeks a Sales Assistant and Warehouse Specialist for its Canadian subsidiary. The position supports sales administration, customer service, warehouse coordination, and international commercial activities. Recent graduates and junior candidates are encouraged to apply for this temporary position starting December 1, 2026.
Key Responsibilities: Enter, validate, and monitor customer orders through delivery
Generate acknowledgements, proforma invoices, and customer documentation
Coordinate domestic and international shipments with logistics partners
Maintain customer, order, and pricing data in ERP and CRM systems
Monitor inventory levels and support stock coordination activities
Requirements: Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification
Experience in sales administration, customer service, or order management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, and CRM systems
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Qualified English proficiency; French is an asset
