Support Connective clients through licensed practical nursing, care planning, medication administration, and ongoing physical and mental health assessments.
As a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide nursing services under the Program Manager’s direction. Your practice follows BCCNM standards, competency guidelines, and defined scope. The work combines clinical care with daily living assistance, family communication, referrals, and support for social and recreational activities.
Key Responsibilities: Complete ongoing assessments of physical and mental health
Assist clients with bathing, hygiene, eating, and toileting
Communicate with families and client support people
Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
Support individual and group social activities
Requirements: Experience in Community Living and Licensed Care
Experience with case planning and trauma-informed care
Knowledge of relevant healthcare laws and regulations
Handle confidential information with discretion
Successfully complete criminal and reference checks
Bring practical nursing expertise, compassionate daily living assistance, assessment skills, and care-planning collaboration to Connective clients.
