This Health Care Aide supports residents, families, and visitors while reflecting Covenant Care’s mission, vision, and values. The work includes personal care, recreation, leisure activities, communication, confidentiality, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Care follows Covenant Care protocols, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care supporting resident choice, dignity, and independence
Offer social support to residents, families, and visitors
Assist residents with recreation and leisure activities




Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and promote cooperation
Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 education
Recognized Health Care Aide Certificate completed
Proof of enrollment in Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking abilities
Six months to one year assisted living experience preferred
Bring compassionate resident care, clear communication, confidentiality, and teamwork to Covenant Care’s Health Care Aide team.
