Key Responsibilities: Fit and install doors, stairs, molding, and hardware
Maintain, repair, and renovate residential properties
Complete general maintenance and painting tasks
Participate in the on-call rotation
Remove snow during winter months
Requirements: Three to five years’ experience in a similar role
Effective, proven maintenance skills and experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Renovation experience is considered an asset
