Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice, transactions, and problem resolution
Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking

Report non-standard matters to management and improve processes
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Proficiency with MS Office, branch software, and internet
Solid communication, organization, and time management skills
