Recommend craft spirits, cocktails, and food menu items
Maintain clean, tidy front and back of house areas
Address guest concerns and monitor their experience
Follow food handling, sanitation, and alcohol service standards
Requirements: Previous high-quality customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
Smart Serve Certification and legal Ontario serving age
Versatile availability, including evenings and weekends
