As a Member Service Representative, you will process financial and non-financial transactions under direct supervision. You will serve as a primary member contact while building relationships that improve financial health. Sales, service, communication, and listening skills support each interaction and request.
Key Responsibilities: Process varied financial and non-financial member transactions accurately
Provide sales and service expertise about products
Answer telephone inquiries from members
Provide access to safety deposit boxes
Complete timely end-of-day processing and balancing
Requirements: Secondary school diploma with academic emphasis
One year of post-secondary education
Up to one year sales and service experience
Forty words-per-minute keyboarding and Windows proficiency
Transparent communication, listening, and multitasking skills
