You will engage customers, process POS and shipping transactions, fulfill print orders, and maintain service standards. Collaboration with store leaders supports sales and margin goals.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and identify engagement opportunities

Handle POS, shipping, and marketing-tool transactions




Perform in-store print production and fulfill customer orders
Maintain print supplies, merchandising, signage, and inventory controls
Requirements: Three months to one year of prior retail experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Ability to maintain Health & Safety policies
Ability to follow Asset Protection and Privacy Policies
Support customers through print production, tailored recommendations, POS transactions, and accurate Print and Services standards.
